Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ourside iPhone app and related services operated by Bitten Development (“Ourside,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Ourside, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Ourside generates daily pictures of people you choose and can show them on your Home Screen widget. Features may change as we improve the product. Some capabilities (for example additional widgets or retries) may require a paid Ourside Plus subscription billed through Apple.
Your account
You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes your photos, people, and generated pictures from our servers, subject to ordinary backup retention windows.
Your content
You retain rights in the photos you upload. You grant Ourside a limited license to store, process, and use those photos solely to provide the service (including generating and displaying pictures for you). Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Ourside, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or risk to the service or other users.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are managed by Apple. Billing, refunds, and cancellation follow Apple’s App Store terms. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Disclaimer
Ourside is provided “as is.” Generated pictures may be imperfect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
